Wycliff Musoni - Co-Founder & CEO
Thank you for joining us. I'm Wycliff Musoni, co-founder and CEO of EverCare Companions LLC, based in Pittsburgh, PA. In 2024, my siblings Dorothy, Oscar, and I embarked on the journey to establish EverCare Companions LLC, drawing from our collective experience in the healthcare sector, totaling over 20 years.
My own path began at 19, as a caregiver at Grace Manor at North Park assisted living, assisting the elderly with their daily living need. While pursuing Finance and Accounting degrees, I continued caregiving in nursing homes. Additionally, I volunteered in hospitals and with underprivileged children in Pittsburgh.
After three years as a Senior Internal Auditor at PNC Bank, I realized my passion for healthcare outweighed my banking career. Drawing from my diverse healthcare experiences, I founded EverCare Companions LLC to provide unique in-home healthcare solutions. Our tailored care plans enhance patients' quality of life, enabling them to remain in their preferred environment. From respite care to end-of-life support, we assist clients and their families throughout their journey.
This journey was a long-held dream shared by my siblings and me. Now, as co-founders of EverCare Companions LLC, we find fulfillment in supporting others' well-being and creating career opportunities for compassionate caregivers. Navigating the complexities of home care can be daunting, but my team and I are here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.
Oscar Rukundo - Co-Founder & COO
Welcome to EverCare Companions! I'm honored to introduce myself as Oscar Rukundo, the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of our compassionate home care company.
With a solid foundation in tax and accounting garnered from my years in public accounting firms, as well as my experience managing my own tax business, I bring a unique blend of financial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to EverCare Companions. In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Masters degree in Accounting, further enriching my expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
However, it was my partial transition into home care over six years ago that truly ignited my sense of purpose. Working directly with seniors and individuals with intellectual disabilities, I discovered a profound fulfillment in making a meaningful difference in their lives.
At Evercare Companions, I'm committed to ensuring that our clients receive not only the highest quality of care but also the warmth and compassion they deserve. By leveraging my background in finance and accounting alongside my dedication to care, I strive to uphold our company's mission of providing unparalleled support and attention to those we serve.

Dorothy Mutoni - Co-Founder & Program Director
Welcome to EverCare Companions. I'm Dorothy Mutoni, Co-Founder and Program Director of our dedicated home care agency. My journey in the healthcare industry began 18 years ago when I moved to the United States in 2006. Starting as a caregiver at Grace Manor at North Park, an assisted living facility, I cared for elderly residents entrusted to me by their families. It was here that my passion for home care blossomed.
Joined by my brothers Oscar and Wycliff, who are also Co-Founders of EverCare Companions, we each gained valuable experience working with seniors at the same facility. With aligned aspirations and a shared commitment to compassionate care, we knew this was our calling.
After 10 years doing direct care work, I transitioned to Human Resources, overseeing staff dedicated to elderly care and individuals with intellectual disabilities, while supporting all facets of operations. My recent role as a Client Relations Manager at a prominent HR firm further honed my skills in fostering strong client relationships. I am steadfast in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care, mirroring the support their families would provide.
